Event Details:
- The first time slot, beginning at 8:00 a.m., is a special VIP Shopping Experience with guaranteed first access to sale items and a smaller group of shoppers. Plus, you'll receive some special goodies and 20% off your entire purchase! Ticket quantities for this experience are extremely limited, so get yours now!
- Do not attempt to use a discount code to purchase a VIP Shopping Experience ticket. Any purchases made for a ticket using a discount code will be automatically canceled and refunded.
- There are eight hour-long time slots available, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. You may stay longer than an hour to shop, this is just for a timed entry and smooth shopping experience.
- Each time slot will have set amount of tickets available, and a ticket is required to guaranteed your entry.
- Every adult must have a ticket (ONLY RESERVE ONE TIME SLOT/TICKET per adult), kids are free and don't need a ticket!
- If you are unable to get a ticket during a time slot, you can wait in the non-ticketed standby line and may be let in if space and staffing permits (There is no guarantee this will happen, so please reserve your spot)!
- All items in our warehouse will be available, including Core, new arrivals, and unreleased items! Please know not everything will be discounted at warehouse sale pricing, but you will receive 15% off your entire purchase (on top of sale prices).

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $75 ($74.99 and under) will incur a flat-rate shipping fee. Your order’s subtotal must be $75 or more after discounts are applied, before taxes and fees, to qualify. Orders with Free or Standard shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.

Expedited Shipping is offered through FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.
